School of Awake is a girl's guide, for girls ages 9 to 15; however, it can be used as a helpful reminder for women of all ages.

School of Awake is intended for everybody, and is meant to enhance self confidence and self love. School of Awake can be used in conjunction with any faith or belief system.

Each chapter in School of Awake has educational editorial content, activities, fun facts, and questions and answers. We recommend you: (1) Pick the chapter/subject that best applies to your curriculum. (2) Read the editorial texts to your students, or have individual students read them out loud in a group. (3) When you get to the Quizzes or Questions and Answers. this can be done individidually, as a group or homework assignment. You can also use these segments for open discussion. (4) School of Awake recommends doing activity alerts and recipes as a group. These segments are meant to be fun and they let the student absorb this information through arts and crafts.
